Welcome to RoadRunner Renovations Ltd where we turn your renovation dreams into reality! We are located in Spruce Grove, Alberta and service Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and the greater Edmonton area. Owner, Russ Rodriguez has over 35 years of carpentry experience in both residential and commercial construction, specializing in interior and exterior finishing.

Although custom carpentry is where Russ excels, he brings considerable knowledge, skill, and experience in all aspects of residential renovations. Co-Owner and Wife, Kim Rodriguez, brings a wealth of knowledge behind the scenes. She has 20 plus years of management experience, with half of that time was spent in residential construction. Focusing on providing a high level of customer service, Kim effectively plans and coordinates projects by ensuring open communication with all stakeholders. RoadRunner Renovations uses licenced and insured sub-trades, when required.

Russ was recommended to us when we were looking for someone to put in a new railing in our entrance staircase. We heard this was his specialty. We had Russ (RoadRunner Renovations) install a wrought iron and maple railing in our staircase. He also replaced an outside staircase with a beautiful, solid cedar one that has 2-inch cedar steps. It all looks amazing! Lastly, he built a cedar fence. Solidly built and looks great!
In every project, Russ took the necessary time to listen to our desires and gave us prompt and clear information on supplies needed, how it would look and cost. He confirmed details with us throughout the process. He was meticulous in his workmanship, making sure things were done in the most effective way. His craftsmanship and attention to detail was superb. Russ was not only conscientious in his work but very friendly and personable, with a gentle demeanor. He consistently asked what we wanted and found ways to accommodate our requests whenever possible. We are very grateful and fortunate to have Russ do these projects for us!
